  • How to Place an Order?
    Well, you are on the right site. Placing order with us is never hard and most importantly you can save more and use the money for other purposes 🤗

    To best provide our care for your eyes, we will verify your prescription that follows the regulations from Optical and Optometrist Board (OOB) .
    - Send your valid copy of the prescription to our customer service at support@presxriptionlens.com
    - or send us a photo of your previous box purchase.

  • Why do I need a valid Prescription?
    A valid prescription is important for every order of contact lenses.It can be obtained from either Optician, Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.This is because Contact Lenses are considered a medical device.As such, you will need a valid prescription for you to see well.

    If you do not have a valid prescription, fear not as y ou can still place your order with us .

  • How soon can I receive my delivery?
    Delivery of contact lenses upon confirming of a valid prescription will usually takes 5 working days* on average. Should there be any delays, you will be promptly notified beforehand and informed once ready.

    *some multi-focal, astigmatism or plus power lenses will take slightly more days. Due to COVID19, lenses that are out of stock will take slightly more days to be delivered too.

  • What is the delivery charge?
    Delivery will be free if purchase of 6 boxes are made in Singapore only. Otherwise, it will be $30 per delivery.

  • Can I get an 'invoice' for my purchases, for claimable purposes such as company expenses / insurance?
    Yes. (Do indicate in the comments during the checkout procedure if you are in need of it, along with any specific details required on the documents itself.) Alternatively, you may email us, and we will prepare it before delivery

  • Returns and Exchanges
    If you feel that the lenses are not comfortable on your eyes or your vision has changed, you can return your unopened boxes, we can examine your eyes again to find the right prescription or the best suitable lenses for you. BE IN TOUCH WITH US
